Milk. A tasty and nutritious drink. Or is it? These days many (loudly) claim the opposite. And unfortunately a lot of people listen. To convince them all that milks "best before" date hasn't passed we brought the white drink to the fanciest setting we could imagine - the gourmet restaurant. Together with master chef Linnéa Liljedahl we opened a restaurant that served milk to all the dishes on the specially composed menu. A restaurant called Milk.
Art direction, idea, design and execution.

It tuned out that the people in Norrland didn't mind to be reminded of how good a cold glass can taste if you serve it right. All nights quickly sold out with people hopefully waiting on stand by. And the interaction on social platforms was sensational, everyone wanted to share their best Milk/Taste combo. Milk and ginger bread cookies, milk and herring, milk and cheese doodles, to mention a few.
